You may not share your login credentials, course access, or downloadable materials with any other person.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of content may lead to immediate termination of access and legal action.

9. Community Guidelines

If you are part of any Digital Gyani group, forum, or online/offline community (including WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook groups, or any other channel), you agree to:

Maintain professional, respectful, and non-abusive communication.
Avoid promoting or pitching your own products, services, or other businesses inside the community, unless expressly permitted.
Refrain from sharing misleading, offensive, illegal, or harmful content of any kind.

Any violation of community standards may result in removal from groups, restricted access, or termination from the program without any refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Digital Gyani, its founder, team, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your results, business decisions, and outcomes based on the implementation of concepts learned in the program. You use all information and services at your own risk.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Digital Gyani may train, guide, or recommend the use of third-party tools and platforms such as (but not limited to):

Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager
YouTube and other ad platforms
CRM and email marketing tools
Automation, funnel, and analytics tools

These platforms are not owned or controlled by Digital Gyani. Therefore, we are not responsible for:

Account bans, restrictions, or suspensions.
Policy changes, feature updates, or pricing changes made by these platforms.
Any technical or performance issues you may face while using them.

12. Termination of Access

Digital Gyani reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to any program, course, or community if you:

Violate any of these Terms & Conditions or related policies.
Misuse or illegally share content, materials, or access credentials.
Engage in unethical, abusive, or fraudulent behaviour towards the brand, team, or other members.

In such cases, no refund, partial or full, will be provided.
