Digital Gyani Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and, where applicable, granted for all membership programs offered by Digital Gyani, including Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Elite memberships. By enrolling in any Digital Gyani program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the conditions set out herein.

1. Overall Digital Gyani Refund Policy (Applicable to All Membership Programs)

All Digital Gyani programs are structured to help students generate real and measurable business outcomes through a combination of training, mentorship, and action-based implementation. Due to the inclusion of live mentorship, proprietary strategies, digital resources, tools, and community access, Digital Gyani maintains a strict and conditional refund framework, as detailed below.

  • Refund consideration is strictly conditional and applies only where the student has fully complied with all program guidelines, including attending sessions, implementing strategies, and completing assigned work, yet is unable to achieve defined results.
  • Where a student qualifies for a refund under this policy, 75% of the total program fee will be refunded. The remaining 25% will be retained by Digital Gyani as operational, platform, and administrative charges.
  • If any rule, requirement, or condition mentioned in this Refund Policy is violated, Digital Gyani shall not be obligated to issue any refund under any circumstance.

The specific refund conditions for each membership tier are described in the following sections. In the event of any inconsistency, the tier-specific terms shall prevail for that membership.

2. Silver Membership Refund Policy (Foundational Knowledge & Digital Marketing Basics)

2.1 What Silver Membership Includes

  • Recorded training modules
  • Basic digital marketing concepts
  • Lead generation fundamentals
  • Access to selected training resources
  • Limited community support

2.2 Refund Policy for Silver Membership

  • Silver Membership provides immediate and full access to digital content and learning materials and is therefore treated as a digital product.
  • Once access to the Silver Membership course content has been granted, no refund will be provided under any circumstance.
  • Refund requests based on lack of results, perceived value, or non-completion of the course will not be accepted.
  • Students are solely responsible for completing the training and implementing the lessons provided as part of the Silver Membership.
  • Silver Membership is a knowledge-based educational program and does not constitute a results-based or performance-guarantee program.

3. Gold Membership Refund Policy (Technology Training + Tools Access)

3.1 What Gold Membership Includes

  • Technology training sessions
  • Basic marketing systems setup
  • Tools and software guidance
  • Automation basics
  • Community support

3.2 Refund Policy for Gold Membership

  • Gold Membership includes technology implementation and tool setup, which necessarily involve platform costs, licenses, and technical resources.
  • Once the student receives access to any tools, technology setup guidance, or associated training resources under Gold Membership, the membership becomes strictly non-refundable.
  • Digital Gyani is not responsible for the performance, uptime, limitations, or policy changes of any third-party tools, software products, or platforms recommended or used within the program.
  • Refund requests based on lack of outcomes or lead generation are not applicable to Gold Membership, as its primary focus is on technology learning and setup, not on guaranteed results.
  • By activating Gold Membership benefits, the student acknowledges and accepts that all fees paid are non-refundable.

4. Diamond Membership Refund Policy (Live Training + Action-Based Program)

Diamond Membership is a mentorship-intensive, action-oriented program that includes live classes, strategy sessions, and guided implementation. This program is covered under Digital Gyani’s Conditional Refund Guarantee, subject to strict eligibility criteria outlined below.

4.1 Refund Eligibility Conditions for Diamond Membership

a) Mandatory Live Class Attendance

  • The student must attend live classes on a regular basis for a continuous period of at least twelve (12) months from the date of enrollment.
  • Attendance records maintained by Digital Gyani will be treated as final and conclusive evidence of participation.
  • If the student repeatedly misses live sessions, is frequently absent, or becomes inactive, refund eligibility will be automatically cancelled.

b) Action Implementation Requirement

The student must actively and consistently implement the strategies, methods, and systems taught during the Diamond Membership, including but not limited to:

  • Creating and posting videos or other content on a regular and consistent basis.
  • Implementing digital lead generation strategies as prescribed in the program.
  • Following the marketing systems and processes demonstrated in live classes.
  • Completing all assignments, tasks, and action items provided by mentors within reasonable timelines.

If the student does not take consistent action, significantly delays implementation, or ignores execution requirements, the Conditional Refund Guarantee for Diamond Membership will be deemed invalid.

c) Proof of Work Submission

To establish compliance with the action requirements, students must maintain documented proof of their activities, which may include:

  • Social media posting records and content calendars.
  • Evidence of lead generation attempts, such as forms, campaigns, or outreach logs.
  • Marketing campaign activity reports and analytics where available.
  • Implementation screenshots, records, or reports demonstrating actual execution of strategies.

Digital Gyani reserves the right to request proof of work at any time during or after the 12-month period when assessing refund eligibility. Failure, refusal, or inability to provide adequate proof of work may result in cancellation of refund eligibility.

d) Consistent Effort Requirement

  • The student must demonstrate consistent and ongoing effort throughout the entire twelve (12) month Diamond Membership period.
  • If the student stops working midway, becomes inactive, significantly reduces participation, or repeatedly ignores mentor guidance, the refund policy shall not apply.
  • Digital Gyani’s assessment of what constitutes “consistent effort” shall be final and binding.

e) Result Definition for Refund Purposes

For the purposes of the Diamond Membership refund evaluation:

  • A "result" is defined as the generation of at least one valid lead or business opportunity that arises from the implementation of Digital Gyani strategies.
  • If the student generates even a single qualifying lead or business opportunity during the 12-month period, the Conditional Refund Guarantee for Diamond Membership becomes void and no refund will be issued.

4.2 Diamond Membership Refund Amount

  • If, after fulfilling all the above conditions for the full twelve (12) month period, the student has not received any lead or result as defined in this policy, Digital Gyani will refund seventy-five percent (75%) of the total Diamond Membership fee paid.
  • The remaining twenty-five percent (25%) of the Diamond Membership fee will be retained by Digital Gyani towards operational, platform, and administrative costs.
  • All determinations concerning compliance with the eligibility conditions and calculation of the applicable refund amount shall be made solely by Digital Gyani and shall be final.

5. Elite Membership Refund Policy (Advanced Mentorship & Strategic Growth Program)

5.1 What Elite Membership Includes

  • Advanced strategy sessions
  • Business growth consultation
  • Personalized mentorship
  • Advanced marketing systems
  • Priority support

5.2 Refund Policy for Elite Membership

  • Elite Membership involves high-value, personalized consulting, advanced strategic guidance, and proprietary business frameworks tailored to the student’s specific situation.
  • Due to the nature of personalized mentorship, one-to-one or small-group strategy sharing, and access to proprietary systems, Elite Membership fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Once the Elite Membership program has commenced, no refund requests will be entertained or accepted, regardless of participation level, perceived value, or outcomes.
  • All strategy consultations, sessions, and mentorship provided under Elite Membership are deemed delivered services at the time they are rendered and are therefore non-reversible and non-refundable.

6. Situations Where Refund Will NOT Be Provided

Without limiting any other provisions of this Refund Policy, refund requests shall be rejected and deemed invalid in the following situations:

  • The student does not attend the required live or recorded sessions as mandated for the respective program.
  • The student fails to implement, or only partially implements, the strategies, systems, or action plans taught.
  • The student becomes inactive, disengaged, or unresponsive during the program duration.
  • The student does not maintain or submit adequate proof of work when requested by Digital Gyani.
  • The student violates any community guideline, code of conduct, or term of use applicable to Digital Gyani platforms.
  • The student has already received at least one lead or business opportunity as a result of the program, particularly in the case of Diamond Membership.

7. Digital Content Policy

All digital resources made available through any Digital Gyani membership are treated as non-returnable and non-refundable digital goods once access has been granted. Such resources include, without limitation:

  • Training videos and recorded sessions
  • Course materials, workbooks, and guides
  • Templates, scripts, and swipe files
  • Access to Digital Gyani communities or groups
  • Any software tools, systems, or digital platforms provided or facilitated through the program

Once the student has been granted access to any such digital content or tools, no refunds will be processed on the basis of non-usage, change of mind, or dissatisfaction, except where expressly provided under the Diamond Membership Conditional Refund Guarantee and only if all its conditions are satisfied.

8. Digital Gyani’s Rights in Relation to Refunds

Digital Gyani reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to evaluate all refund requests and to determine whether the student has satisfied the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, Digital Gyani may:

  • Evaluate the student’s level of activity and participation across sessions, platforms, and assignments.
  • Verify attendance records, logs, or other participation data maintained by Digital Gyani.
  • Assess the extent and quality of the student’s implementation efforts, including review of proof of work and outcomes achieved.
  • Approve, partially approve, or reject refund requests based on objective and subjective criteria aligned with this Refund Policy.

The final decision regarding refund eligibility, including interpretation of the terms of this Refund Policy and determination of compliance with its conditions, shall rest solely with the management of Digital Gyani and shall be final and binding on the student.

9. Agreement to This Refund Policy

By enrolling in any Digital Gyani membership program, including but not limited to Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Elite Memberships, the student expressly confirms and agrees that:

  • They have carefully read and fully understood the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund Policy.
  • They accept and agree to abide by all program rules, participation requirements, and refund eligibility conditions.
  • They understand that failure to comply with any of the requirements specified herein may result in forfeiture of any right to request or receive a refund.
  • They consent to Digital Gyani’s sole discretion in interpreting and applying this Refund Policy to their specific circumstances.

Continued use of Digital Gyani programs and platforms shall constitute ongoing acceptance of the terms contained in this Refund Policy, as may be updated from time to time.
